I was told my dog was a German Shepherd Chow mix, but I'm not sure. He has webbed feet. I was kinda thinking he could be Lab mix. I just don't see the German Shepherd. What do y'all think?

Many dogs resemble another breed or another dog.
Those ears and that nose are German Shepherd features, and the tongue looks black. A black tongue is a Chow feature. All dogs have webbed toes But, as others have stated, the only way to be sure about the breeds represented in a mixed breed dog is to do a DNA. Your dog is closer to a german shepherd in appearance than any other breed.
Your dog looks a lot like a Black Mouth Cur. This is a purebred breed used for cattle and hunting, primarily in the southern US. This breed and the chow are the only two breeds I am aware of that have a black mouth and tongue.
I forgot...Black Mouth Curs do have webbed feet.
I can see the sheperd in him look at the way his ears stand up.
