The dog is a mixed breed for sure. You can see the features of a Chihuahua for sure. But the other dog must be a small breed dog and it is almost impossible to determine what it is. I'm sorry, but this one is hard to tell.

I think next time you take the dog to the vet, ask them if they could help you out. I'm not sure if anyone here can determine the dog's breed from your photos or not. It isn't that easy to do.
