I think it is a Chihuahua as well.
it's a very chihuahua looking dog all right, if it's the right size, and the head shape v muzzle fits. The colour I think too

Looks just like my full bred Chihuahua. Just put a little white streak down muzzle and on chest and they could be twins!!? Adorable!!!!
Oh how sweet!!! Just want to hug that little puppy face!!! It has all of the lines and shapes of a Chihuahua, but you never know :)
You may want to check with your vet at the first appointment and have him/her look at teeth, feel bone structure etc.
