I agree that there is some Basenji (ears and size) in there and Shepherd (coloring and body type).
Your vet may able to give you any insight based on her teeth, jaws, hip and bone structure.

The dog differently has shepherd in it for sure. You can see small traces of Besenji in the coloring and the ears of the dog.
