It looks like a mix of several. There could be some hound in the face.

It looks like there's some Jack Russell Terrier and Feist in the mix.

I agree with Veronica, with the additional note that this sweet long to paws look very Labrador like.

Has your vet weighed in? He or she can look at jaw, teeth, bones, etc. against breed standards.
