I picked up Hank from a foster organization. One of his records says he's a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix and another document says he's a Dachshund/Corgi mix. Thoughts?

I would go with the corgi, not the chihuahua, based on the face.

to Hank, you'll see that he does indeed look like a "Dorgi" a Dachshund/Corgi mix.
