I think Dachshund. The ears and face don't loo like a Chihuahua to me.
When I just looked at the photo without reading your question, I immediately saw Dachshund. so cute!!
I am, and have been, a dachshund mom for years and years and I see a lot of doxie in this sweet baby, but I am not positive you have a pure breed. If it is all doxie--I think it is a tweenie (which my late Carmel Ann was, which is a cross between a long hair and a short hair dachshund--they seem to have less pointy and more rounded snouts).
It is possible there is a drop of apple head chihuahua wrapped up in that sweet face---but a very small drop could give that rounder snout. The paws and body look all Dachshund.
I love a doxie pup!! They are just the best thing ever!!!
