Is my dog an American Pit Bullmastiff terrier or a mixed breed?

The Pitbull Mastiff is a hybrid "breed," meaning he is a mixed breed as opposed to a recognized pure breed dog. The dog can take on the main physical features of either breed, i.e. she might be obviously part Mastiff or Pitbull and less obviously the other. This makes it difficult to know for sure if the breeding was deliberately controlled or just the result of a careless backyard breeder. You can always use one of the DNA services if the results are really important to you. My personal opinion is that she is 100% adorable.
I dont see any mastiff in the dog. I do see a lot of pitbull.
What a sweet face. I see lines of American Staffordshire Terrier and Lab. Have you asked your vet for input? The vet can look at the lines of his jaws, hips, etc and give you a good guesstimate.
Just want to hug that sweet face!! Blessings!
Your dog looks to me like he has a high proportion of pit bull. I do not see the mastiff. He does look like he is a mixed breed. Perhaps some lab. Of course we are just looking at his face. A picture of his body might give different clues. Very handsome dog!
