Toby is a terrier mix. He is a rescue dog about a year old. His body has black spots on his skin with long legs. He has white and brown hair. Any suggestions?

Your sweet pup has a lot of Westie (West Highland Terrier) features! There could be a little Rat Terrier going on there with the spots and long legs.

He looks like a mix of several terriers. You could have a DNA test to know the true bloodline.
Your adorable dog has visual characteristics of a West Highland terrier and a Cairn terrier.
I see cairn/westie but the long legs dont go with either of those. He also doesnt have the sturdy musculature of those two breeds. I am going to say westie rat terrier cross.
