I would say there is some Chihuahua and Dachshund and Beagle in this sweet mix.
Have you asked the vet to weigh in? The vet can look at the teeth, jaw, and feel the bone structure.

I think your dog may be a mix of a small breed hound, a terrier and possibly a bit of Chihuahua. He's adorable!
He is cute and will be a small breed dog when he is fully grown. From the picture you are showing us he has some Chihuahua and possibly some Dachshund in him.
