He is 8 months old and I got him at 2 months. When I got him the previous owners said he was a full bred German Shepherd, but he is a little bit short and has a big jaw. I thought that maybe he's a German Shepherd, Jack Russell, Rotweiler, but maybe I'm wrong.

Your puppy's physical characteristics will become more defined and refined as it matures. If your dog is a mix rather than full blooded, I think you are on the right track by thinking it might be mixed with Rottweiler or possibly a Lab.
I had a mixed Rotweiler, German Shepherd dog and my dog had the really sad eyes of the Rotweiler where I am not seeing this in your dog. What I do know is that the full features of my dog were fully developed along with the full size which was rather large at around 18 months old.
