When I adopted her, they had her listed as a German shepherd/golden retriever mix, I am starting to think she has Belgian Malinios in her, what do you guys think?

I think what you were told is correct. The face looks like German Shepard and the body of golden retriever
I see Belgian Shepherd Malinois mix

Better do a DNA test.
The only way to be certain of the breed of your sweet pup is to have a DNA test. Some tests also provide insight into possible health issues.
All of these breeds have similar traits and physical appearance, so it will be difficult to tell for sure.
As has been mentioned, the only way to know for sure is with a DNA test. DNA test kits are expensive but very valuable as they not only tell breeds but provide health information that may be very valuable as your puppy grows and ages. The cost usually runs between $65 to several hundred dollars. The less expensive tests are for regular people with no intention of breeding or 'showing' their dogs.
Just for fun, you might want to take some good pictures (standing) and post on some of these apps. The accurate percentage is not high, but still - maybe a couple will have the same IDs.

The most important thing you can do for your girl is to be sure she has all of her shots/vaccinations:

I think you were told correctly as well! I think we all tend to wanna believe our mixed dogs are more on the higher end of breeds just be they share similar features. Suggestion, if you have around $59-$100 you can have a DNA test done to find out exactly what breeds your pup is for definite!
There is Dog Scanner app
Take a good photo or video of your dog and using this app you can identify your dogs breed mix very quickly. I don't think this will be absolutely accurate, but perhaps it will help you.
You can take the Dog Key Test free
They provide breed-specific results for one or more breeds and a breakdown of breeds that make up your dogs genetic profile.
"Unlock your dog's heritage with The Dog KeyTM to discover which genetic breed group(s) your dog has in his family history so you can be better prepared for what his genes might bring to the table."
