Well first, what she is is lucky and adorable. Having said that, she looks like a shepherd, and the ears are larger like a corgi but her legs are too long. You may want to google some dog breeds and find the characteristics you have in her but other than lab (no pun intended) tests she might just be a lovable mutt.
Definitely German Shepherd, maybe some collie? Who cares. She is beautiful!
