What Breed Is My Dog?

Abu is around 3 months old. When we got him at about 10 weeks we were told the dad was a full Rott and the mom was a mutt. When we got him (the first picture) you can see that he was a little fluff ball and in the second picture you can see that besides his ears the fur has grown out. He's about 14 inches tall, from the ground to his shoulder blade, and about 14 inches long from the back of his neck to right before his tail starts.

We haven't weighed him, but we guess that's he's at least 15 pounds now. His tail is long and curly at the end, but you can see where it could could have been docked. He listens very well and learns fairly quickly. I just want to know about how big he is going to get and any information will be great.
