What Breed Is My Dog?

My dog's name is Coffey, he is 2 years old and weighs about 50-55 lbs. He has a white body, brown face, curled tail, and slightly flopped ears. I adopted him from an online organization which rescues dogs in Taiwan and sends them to the US, once adopted. They had him listed under a Border Collie/Lab, but I don't agree so much.

He, his brother, and mother were all rescued together. His mother wasn't pictured, but his brother was and he is all black with some white areas. Coffey has some small light spots, but not many at all. I am stumped on what he could be. Help me figure him out!
