We adopted this little stray a few months ago. The vet estimated he was about 14 months old. He mostly looks like a Cairn Terrier, but he has very large ears and a long bushy tail. Any ideas what else he could be? In the first photo the shelter had cut his hair short because it was matted. The 2nd photo is just this week, 5 months later.

This dog is beyond cute! He looks like quite a mix. TF is only showing one photo, but the fur looks like poodle fur, and the color looks like poodle too. I have had Cairns and they do have big ears, but in this pic your dog looks like the ears are set lower on the head, more like a papillon. Soo..my guess is a cairn, poodle papillon cross.
