I have a 10 month old rescue. He is 7 months old in the picture. I'm trying to figure out his mix. He looks like a Pit mix. He's about 70 pounds now and taller. He has some brownish brindle coloring on top of his head and along the sides of his body. There is also white "brindle " coloring along both sides of his neck. It's weird.
He loves playing with other dogs, especially chasing, though he's not a fast runner. And he's very friendly with people.
Any thoughts? My first guess was Pit/Lab, but he's probably a mix of 5 different breeds.

First glance - Pit/Black Lab. But you knew that. Your best bet, if you're willing to spend the money, is a DNA test.
