What Breed Is My Dog?

We adopted our puppy from a rescue organization. They told us he is a terrier/spaniel mix. His mom is terrier (see the picture below, she is on the right).

Do you think he's part spaniel? He does have wavy hair on his ears and back of neck. He's 3 months old and weighs 6-7 lbs.
