We got him when he was 12 weeks old. We were told his mom was part coyote. He is 6 months now.

We have coyotes all around here, and I see no coyote in him. I would ask the vet at his next visit, and possibly inquire into getting a DNA test for him.
The face is not coyote. He is a mix of several breeds
