Is my dog a Pit Bull or a black Lab? She is just a puppy and she is a Border Collie mix and I would like to know what my girl is mixed with?

I raised AKC Boxers in the US for over 40 years before relocating to my parents native UK, I also did breed rescue - that experience says your puppy is more than likely a Boxer-Lab mix with no Border Collie anywhere in the mix.
Check with your vet and do an online image search using the term - Boxer-Lab puppies - and I'm pretty sure you'll see what I mean.
Great family dogs, so no worries there and the 'Net, your local library/bookstore have plenty of training-breed characteristics-raising a well adjusted dog info. Additionally (and I highly recommend this) your local Leisure Services/Parks and Recreation Services will usually be a great place to find low-cost companion and obedience training classes.
If I may say a word of warning - your dog has an exceptionally intelligent look in her eyes which is why I so strongly recommend the training programmes. She looks like a serious thinker and you may find the Boxer keenly honed sense of fair play especially strong in her. In other words, if she feels 'hard done by' she may let you know she's not happy by eating your sofa (I learned that one the hard way early on in my experiences raising these wonderful dogs) or something equally inappropriate.
Between the Boxer and Lab breeds, these are highly sensitive and intelligent dogs and I can't think of a better dog, really. But do study up on the breed characteristics, and do get the training going as soon as possible. She has such a great face, I wish the two of you many long and happy years together!
