What Breed Is My Dog?

We adopted Jager when he was about a year old. He is taller than our female Rottie by about 3 inches, leaner in build, and fast and agile. He is also very smart, alert to his surroundings when we take him for his morning and nightly walks. He also has a curled tail. Is he part Rottie/Belgian Malinois?
