What Breed Is My Dog?

My dog is fully grown and I don't know what mix he might be. I got him from one of my sister's friends and I was told he was the only blonde in the litter. The other pups had white fur and they did not have a beard.

He has a mix of blonde, grey, white, and black fur plus he has black nails. He has about a medium size body structure, his back is about 16" and he's 32 lbs.
