40+years experience raising AKC Boxers and doing breed rescue tells me you've got a Brindle Boxer crossed with one of the massive hound breeds, possibly Mastiff.

Get that poor wee thing to a vet - the hips and ribs shouldn't be protruding so much and although the puppy (looks to be about 4-6 months old) appears otherwise healthy, there may be some health issues like worms and malnutrition that need immediate professional attention to prevent lifelong health problems.
