What Breed Is My Dog?

A friend of mine found three puppies on the side of the road and asked me if I would like to take one. I adopted her and have had her for three months now. The vet thinks that she is about 6 months old now, but no one can figure out what find of dog breeds she is. I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion because I am curious as to what breeds are mixed into my lovable pup! Thank you!
