My girlfriend and I recently adopted a puppy, and have been arguing about what breed he is! She says Min Pin/Jack Russell and I say a little Beagle. Anyway, we need your opinion!

How big is he and how old is he? All your guesses are small breeds, but if he is is a puppy (say only 6 weeks old) and those are adult hands in the picture - you're probably looking at a larger breed mix.
He's 9 weeks in that picture, and yeah my best guess is German shepard / beagle.
