I was given a German Shepherd mix puppy named Shelby over a month and a half ago. She is now 3 months old. She is a great dog, very energetic, friendly, and loyal. Shelby's father is a full German Shepherd, but I was told by my grandfather (who gave me Shelby) that my puppy's mother is a white medium-sized dog. I was thinking an American Eskimo, but I don't see any American Eskimo in her. It's really confusing me and making me wonder what she is mixed with. Any ideas? Thanks. (The first picture was taken about 3 weeks ago, and the second was taken a few days ago. I know that she looks a lot different, but it's her lol).

You have lots of German Shepherd and Husky in the beautiful dog. I wish you many years of love and companionship.
There is actually a breed called the Swedish Vulhund. A lot of people have purebred dogs but since the breeds aren't well known they just throw out what they know.
