I googled Shih Tzus and watched plenty videos and this guy that is trying to sell me these dogs is advertising them as Shih Tzus. Are they or aren't they? Please help before I purchase.

I could be wrong, but I see some Golden Retriever in that puppy. Whatever breed it is, it sure is cute!
