This is Monty; he is 5 months old. We have had him for about 2 months. My husband rescued him and surprised me with him. To me he looks like a Min Pin/Chi mix. How can I find out what breed he is?

Aww! How precious. He looks like he is Min Pin. He looks just like my Cocoa that passed away a few years back and she was also a rescue pup. She was found on the side of the road and gave to us. We had a lot of fun times with her.
Definitely min pin in there, though you maybe right to say mixed with chi-looks like my mom's dog. She is a minpin chi mix.
Look on the internet for DNA dog kits. It is less expensive than it used to be. It is quick and easy to use. The results come in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the info on the kit I will look into that. My uncle seems to think he looks like he maybe Manchester & I looked them up and he does look like them and he has the same personality as them. Anyone else think Manchester?
I think he may possibly be a Manchester Terrier but I could be wrong. If you want to truly want to know what he is, then you can ask your vet about a DNA test though it may be a little pricey.
I have the exact same dog. Im also trying to find out the breed, im almost 100% sure she's half English toy terrier as there are loads of similarities. Im jst not sure what the other half is.
We have min pin/ chi. This one looks identical.
