I adopted my two year old Chihuahua mix from the pound a year ago. They only told me that she is a Chihuahua Terrier mix, but I don't know what breed of terrier.

With a delightful face and beautiful big eyes like that will it really matter what "mix-breed" she is. From the front view photo her front legs appear to be "east-west", this is absolutely nothing to worry about just the way they are born ask your Veterinarian.
She alot prettier than a plain ole chihuahua. Try googling Chizer. Thats a Chihuahua/Mini Schnauzer mix. Read up on the "designer breed" and see if any of those doggie faces resemble your little girl. I just want to point out that when her ears are down they look like schnauzer ears. Attched is a pix of my boy Divo.
I would guess she might have some Min Pin in her. Take a look through these Min Pins for adoption. Some of them have a close resemblance to yours.
