Tiger is 3 years old. I don't know what breed he is. He was a stray wandering the streets of Phuket, Thailand. He likes to run, run, run and splash on the beach. I would like to know his breed.

He does look like a shepard and collie, but they can tell breeds by taking blood samples. You could go online and find a site for more information.
He kinda looks like my dog, she is a German Shepherd / Golden Retriever mix. You dog's ears and ruff ( fur around neck) looks similar to my Una.

I am in total agreement with lovesdogs. I have a German Shepherd, have had a golden retriever and a Chow and your dog has a bit of all of those breeds. He sure is a great looking guy. He looks so suave with his shades.
Your dog actually resembles a longhaired Belgian shepherd others are right in that it has so many of the German cousin's traits.
