I love my new little guy. After my previous "son" was hit by a car (he was a Shih tzu), I was given this one as a gift. His name is Jack Daniels lol, he is full of energy and I love it! But I don't know what kind of dog he is. He looks like a mix of maybe a Beagle and Terrier (I'm not really good at this). Please help :)

I just got this puppy yesterday I just found out he is just 5 weeks old and could be up to 40 lbs. full grown. I'm trying to find out what he is and he looks like yours.
