We got him from some girl. She also didn't know what kinda dog he was. He's all black with some white parts on his feet n chest. If anyone knows or thinks they know please help. Thank you.

He looks like my dog, Snickers, who is a Shih Tzu. My best guess would be Shih Tzu or Shih Tzu mix.
Your beautiful dog looks like a Shih Tzu to me too. My daughter in Florida belongs to a dog rescue organization in Florida and sends me many pictures of Shih Tzus, they are adorable and your puppy will make a great pet.
He has the coat markings of a schnauzer.
