I don't know what breed my dog is? She is a 2 month old bitch. The seller told me she is a German Shepherd, but I don't believe it. She is black all over the body and cream white on her legs.

The dog doesn't appear to be a german shepherd to me. Only a vet can tell for sure, with a dna test. Have you had her long? She looks thin, like perhaps she was taken from her momma too soon?
The ears are pointy. She may have some German Shepherd in her.
