I would guess some chow or pomeranian from the curly tail and thick amber coat. If you dog has a black tongue, that is common in chows.
He or she looks like part Pomeranian and part Beagle to me. If there's anything else mixed in, I can't tell, but your dog is very cute. Good luck!
