I don't know his past. His tail is long but not bushy, only his neck has 'some wrinkles', like too much skin but only there. He has a brown nose and eyes. It looks like he'll be big, only 6 months now.

Your dog could be a white Australian Kelpie mix. They are typically a lot darker in color. But much like Austrailian Cattle Dogs they can be very light or white in color.
