What Breed is My Dog?

My dog is about 50 pounds and is some kind of mix. He has a lab face, but super soft, thick, short fur and a bushy, slightly curled tail. Also, he completely blew his coat in mid-November.

His body and coat look like an Akita. His face does look like part lab.
