We adopted a puppy from the shelter about a month ago. We are trying to figure out if she looks like a full blooded American Pit Bull Terrier or if someone thinks she might be mixed with something.

I am going to say not a purebred american pit bull because of the long legs and long body....what a sweetie, give her a big hug for me!
Alot of people say that the brindling (striping) means they are a mixed breed dog. Look inside her mouth---is it all or partially black? She could be either a full or part 'black mouth cur', which is a good hunting dog, but they are also wonderful plain old pets and companions.
I'd say she's a "perfect pup"!

I bet you get many answers on this beautiful pup. To me, looks like possibly some greyhound in her. Sure is pretty.
Her ears looks like the ears on our pit, if that helps.
