We are ready to adopt this 8 week old puppy. The rescue says it is Mastiff mix but the mix part is uncertain. Do you think based on the picture the breed mix could be Bulldog or Boxer?

Looks as though the mix is with a Boxer. I raised AKC Boxers 40+ years when living in the US, also did breed rescue and this wee fellow looks like a Boxer mix pup. I say that because of the pointed head cap - the other breeds have a flatter head.
