I was told my new puppy is mixed with Chihuahua and Weiner dog (dad), and Blue Nose Pit (mom). I am just not sure. She is 10 months old. I just want to know her breed and how big she will get.

With that 'top-knot' head, there's very little chance of your absolutely gorgeous puppy's mum having been a 'pit bull' (proper name is American Staffordshire Terrier and many people mistakenly call these wonderful dogs 'pit bull's). The Staffie head in the sort of cross you have is almost always dominant - and its characteristic deep furrowed head is not present in your dog.
The 'top-knot' head and something about your dog's head-face-muzzle strongly suggests Mum may have been at least part (mostly) Boxer.
I raised AKC Boxers for over 40 years in the US before relocating to the UK in 2010, my cousin raised Staffies, and we both did breed rescue.
Check with your vet, and use the Internet to search for images using Boxer and the other breeds for your search term. I think you'll find several images that look like your dog:)
Sorry, forgot to mention - with those breeds making up your dog's gene pool, she's not likely to get much bigger than she already is. At most, possibly between a quarter to half as big again than now, no more.
Blimey that is a stunning little dog! All the best to you both for a long and happy life together!
