What Breed is This Puppy?

I found this about a month old puppy, tied up to a telephone poll in my back alley. I'm not sure what breed she is, but she is sort of aggressive. She is all black, one blue eye and short ears. She is sweet, when she's pooped out. I'm just curious if some of her traits resemble other breeds.
