This is Luna. She is a 17 week old Lab puppy. We think there's something else in there too. Her tongue is spotted and her tail curls very strongly over her back. We may be thinking Chow Chow? But what other possibilities could there be?

This is just a guess but from the appearance of the back and tail area the dog could have some Alaskan Malamute and black lab mix in her. I don't think it is chow chow but to me looks more like Malamute.
My guess is that Luna is a Labrador Retriever. She is a cutie, it is not unusual for Labradors or other dogs to have spotted tongues. It is more common than you think. Often it is in there blood line, breed , or even sickness.
Your dog looks like a lab, not a mix breed. Perhaps the information at

Probably has a mix of some other breed but definitely looks like the most breeding is a Labrador Retriever. The spotted tongue does not indicate any special breed but the tightly curved tail is not usually characteristic of the Lab as the strong, thick, almost straight tail is one of the reasons so many Lab owners have the tail chopped at a very young age. However, it appear your girl would not need that done.
Some owners decide to have a DNA test done while others just enjoy 'whatever' the breed but DNA tests have a lot of interesting facts about the dogs, especially what health problems to watch out for.
DNA test kits can be purchased online, pet stores and your vet and costs usually run between $45 to thousands.
Be sure she stays up to date with her vet visits
