This random bump appeared on my finger last night it's only on my pinky. I think it's a bug bite but I don't know which bug it would be.

This looks like a flea or even a mosquito bite. The redness looks like you were bitten in the middle of the night. Do you happen to know if you have mosquitos in your area? Do you happen to have any pets at all like cats or dogs? If you do please check the animals for fleas. If you don't have either of these issues there is another possibility and it is called a no-see-um which is also called a sand flea.
I have the same thing but worse and we dont have any mosquitoes and our dog doesn't gleas
It appears this could have happened outdoors or indoors as you say 'last night' was when you discovered it.
It is difficult to identify an insect from a single bug bite but usually the best method to relieve pain & itching is the same.
Could be from an ant or mosquito or even a spider but if it is still bothering you there are several things you can try.
Cold compresses usually help or even soaking it a little in cold ice water will help.
You can purchase a 0.5 or 1 percent hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion and apply it to the bite or sting several times daily until your symptoms go away.
I have also used a baking soda paste when nothing else was available.
If it gets infected you may have to see your doctor.

Prayers for healing! Post back with an update.
Mosquito bite. Buy a tube of 1% hydrocortisone cream and take an antihistamine tablet. They're good for most bites, stings and nettle rash
The bite went away. It pissed up and I popped it then it began to heal. Thanks for all the help!
Glad you are healing! If it popped as you said, it may not have been a bite after all!!
This is good.
You may want to watch for a day or so to make sure it does not get infected.
