Does anyone have a recipe that uses the pumpkin pie mix? It's the kind you buy to make pumpkin pies. Can anything else be made using this?

Muffins, cookies, quick bread, pancakes, etc. My favorite is pumpkin bread. Make it the same way as banana bread, add some cinnamon and nutmeg.
I made pumpkin cheese cake which called for canned pumpkin. Pumpkin bread is delicious & moist.
Just put it in the blender with some vanilla ice cream and a little cinnamon to make a pumpkin milkshake.
