I know he is a Pit Bull, but I can't tell what he is mixed with. He is very energetic, loves kids, and other people. He is the friendliest dog I have ever owned.

What a gorgeous pup! He looks like he's got quite a lot of Boxer in him - do a Google Images search using the term 'boxer-pit bull mix puppies' and I think you'll find thousands of images of puppies that look just like yours.
I raised AKC Boxers in the US for over 40 years, my cousin raised Staffies (the correct name for pit bull - American Staffordshire Terrier aka Staffies), and also did several years of breed rescue before relocating to the UK. Your dog looks like many of the mixed Staffie-Boxers I saw.
