Hello, I am not sure what kind my chihuahua would be mixed with. He is very active, runs fast lol and very protective of his toys, bed area. But loves the attention we give. I am trying to know which breed is with. Thanks and here is a picture.

I think your dog may be what is sometimes referred to as a "Rat-Cha" also known as a rat terrier Chihuahua mix.
It makes sense as he resemblance to that breed quite a lot.
I will check into that.
Thanks a lot
The only way to know for sure is to have a dna test done.
Although a DNA can confirm the breed, I will go with a Chihuahua, He looks like the one my daughter had years ago. Here's why - Pictures of Chihuahua that look like your fur baby.- pixabay.com/
It is very difficult to tell very much about breeds without knowing the age, size (height/length), weight and having several good pictures that show just the dog - side view for body and tail, full face for nose and ears.
However, it is true that only a DNA test will tell you for sure but these tests also provide information on future health problems to watch out for. Tests are sold online, store/pet stores and vets.
I hope you have a vet and he is getting all of his shots/vaccinations. This is something that is vital as serious viruses can be found all over.

I think this is Chipin (Miniature Pinscher x Chihuahua): "Chipins are gregarious, intelligent, and amicable, being loyal and protective towards their kith and kin." www.101dogbreeds.com/
Or maybe Taco Terrier (Toy Fox Terrier x Chihuahua): " These energetic, cuddly, playful, and lovable dogs have a charming appearance." www.101dogbreeds.com/
Or, as VeronicaHB thinks, Rat-Cha (Rat Terrier x Chihuahua): "An affectionate, intelligent, and loyal breed, the Rat-Cha is said to bear most of the Chihuahuas looks and Terriers temperament." www.101dogbreeds.com/
But, it seems to me that you have Chipin, especially if we compare the description of the character ("very protective of his toys, bed area").
But better do DNA testing and you will have no doubts.
