It isnt a roach or bedbug, so I wouldnt be concerned too much. If it is in your home and you see more, spray with an all-purpose insecticide

This is a cockroach nymph (baby cockroach).

A cockroach is considered a nymph until it has fully developed into an adult. Cockroach nymphs grow and develop gradually. The closer a nymph is to adulthood, the larger it will be. They only show the distinctive brown bands by the second instar. As the nymph molts, the two brown bands appear more clearly. Nymphs can pass through a range of shapes as they develop.

Baby cockroaches are an indication of a serious infestation.
Getting rid of a cockroach infestation involves tackling the problem in several ways at once.
The first step is determining what species of baby cockroach is on your property. This is important because each species has different habitat preferences. Nymphs are partial to the same environments as the adults they grow into.

You have German cockroach nymph entomology.ces.ncsu.edu/.../
German cockroaches need to inhabit areas near humans. Neither the nymphs nor adults can survive in environments without people.

First you have to remove their resources: food and water. Even if you get rid of nymphs and adults, more can follow. This is more likely to happen if there are readily available resources.
Do not leave unsealed food containers or open packets out in your kitchen.
Keep trash containers tightly sealed.
Keep your kitchen as clean and tidy as possible.

A thorough cleaning is necessary if you are fighting cockroaches. Vacuum your floors and furniture regularly to get rid of crumbs and also possibly cockroach eggs. Throw away any refuse, such as chip packets, soda cans, and empty tins, as soon as possible.
Leaking pipes or taps need to be repaired. If there is anywhere else where water collects, solve the issue.

Thanks ! I had never seen a cockroach nymph before and would not have supposed it could be one.
I don't know if this can be useful in a hot climate place but i live in a temperate climate country and we have a very simple way to avoid cockroach invasion, we simply keep the temperature of a house at, at the most, 64,4 ° F. The cockroach need warmth they do not live at a lower temperature even if they will try to save themselves by staying close to or sometimes by getting inside, a household appliances that uses a transformer which produces heat all the times, even then if you keep temperature at 64,4 ° the cockroach will not stay.

It also helps not to use paneling on the walls of a flat which provides the darkness they need and to avoid flats in buildings close to metro stations because metro has a natural and constant high temperature in its tunnels or in its stations winter or summer.

If you are renting an apartment, then ask the landlord to pay for the cleaning and infestation.
