Does anybody know what this bug is? I think it's either a bed bug or a springtail. I found it on my bed.

It doesn't look like a bedbug. Take this picture, or the actual bug itself (in a sealed plastic bag) to anyplace that sells pesticides and they will help you identify it.
Well, it resembles what is commonly called German roach to me but you can take this photo to a pest control office or to a county agriculture office and they can tell you and also give advice on how to get rid of them. If you see one, it just means there are probably a lot more somewhere.
I just wanted to add that you can sprinkle 20 Mule Team Borax or Diatomaceous Earth (food grade only) around your bed and any other area to try and kill these bugs (you probably have a lot more somewhere).

You found this on your bed? It looks like a Termite. Check your bedroom ceiling right over your bed, for tiny holes in the ceiling. If you find holes the size of a pin point up to pencil point size, you need to have your place treated for termites. Have you noticed any saw dust looking stuff anywhere in your house? That is another sure sign of termites. Good luck, and sorry for the bad news.
