It looks like a type of begonia to me.
It looks like two (I see red and purple) varieties of Glandularia peruviana (mock verbena)
They are often used in hanging baskets and can be perennial if you take good care of them.
It looks like a red verbena plant.
Sure looks like red Verbena but take a look at some pictures - especially of the leaves - so you can compare yours with the pictures just to be sure.

The problem with this plant is there are so many different types.
Here is a comment from a plant site:
