Can anyone identify this plant? It is not doing well. I need to find out how to save it.

Hard to tell for sure, Jo Dee, but it could be one of the many types of kalanchoe.
Based on what I can see of the leaves and stem, it looks a lot like my Peperomia obtusifolia (Baby Rubber Tree Plant).
I have one of these that is about 5 years old. I transplanted it from a living flower arrangement, and when the stems get long, I cut them and propagate new plants. The damage you are seeing is dehydration, it's not getting enough water; the same happened to mine 2 winters ago.
I don't know what it is, but it is definitely not a rubber tree plant and it is not spathiphyllum (peace lily) as previously suggested, both of which I also own. If anyone can tell me what it is, I'd be so grateful. Mine is displaying a different browning pattern (not dry and crunchy around the edges as above) that starts out as speckles anywhere on the leaf that grow and merge and slowly turns black, and it seems to disproportionately affect new growth. The old leaves are dark green as they should be and are not affected. It looks like overwatering I think, maybe some root rot, but I'd be surprised if it were being overwatered as I'm watering it exactly the way I have for 5 years.
