Hello !
It is an hoya, this one is a cultivar and is most often called "hoya carnosa krinkle kurl", or Hindu rope, it was obtain from the "hoya carnosa" which leaves are flat, but the name doesn't matter it is an hoya and you will find the cares it needs by looking under the name hoya. It should be in bright light all the time but with no direct sunlight which burns the leaves. It produces one of the world's most fragrant flowers with a typical smell of chocolate.
I suppose you put in on what looks like a washing machine only to take the picture because a plant should never be placed on a machine that produces vibration, for a plant it is like an earthquake.
Hope this helps !
